Any marketing work we do for you is agreed in writing with you before it starts — the site's content is an overview, not a contract. The scope, pricing and deliverables for each client are set out in that written agreement.
We work on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term lock-in contracts: if the service isn't delivering, you're free to stop. We'd rather earn your renewal every month than tie you to a contract.
